Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.
- How long does the shipping take?
If you live in Canada, the shipping may take 3-10 business days. However, if you live across the ocean (Europe), it may take 7-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.
- I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?
